The road network in the state has improved considerably over the years with the construction of an expressway (the East-Coast Expressway) traversing west to east. The latest stretch exits as far north as Balok, nearer to the Pahang-Terengganu border. Secondary roads have also been improved, making it easier to access remote places. With shorter travel time and convenient access, a holiday in Pahang opens more opportunities for the discovery of new experiences.
