At Kuala Tahan, you can chose from the five-star Mutiara Taman Negara Resort, which sits right at the edge of the park and other more affordable accommodations across the river. The Rainforest Resort and Woodland Resort lie adjacent to each other. Both offer almost everything you may expect from a resort - not overly luxurious but enough for a comfortable stay if you are not the hardy outdoor type.

Elsewhere, basic and modern amenities such as piped water and electricity are available to make your stay at the budget offerings bearable. There are many choices available - from fully-equipped hostels to modern chalets. If you opt to have an overnight at the hides, there are bunks. You may also make full use of the visitor's lodges at Kuala Terenggan and Kuala Kenyam as well as the fishing lodges at Lata Berkoh and Kuala Perkai.

For food, the floating restaurants at Kuala Tahan serve passable 'western' cuisines and the usual local varieties. However, if you are hiking, please bring along adequate food. Campers may hire camping equipment for a nominal fee.
